Good sized and well-appointed room with a very comfortable bed. Great food for all meals. Particularly good area, central location near to the most popular tourist sites, and like Fountain Square.

The facilities like the gym and swimming pool were top-notch. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. When we missed breakfast one morning due to not feeling well, the receptionist brought us breakfast in our room for free. The staff members were always friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. We highly recommend Hyatt Regency for a fantastic stay in Baku. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The venue met all requests, the hotel was the best base for enjoying a fairly nice area, close to the restaurant with dear Aziza, and Fountain Square, Torgovaya. I appreciated my clean room with a king-size bed, a rather nice view, and garden. the location was great - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.
